As seasons come and seasons go, we all begin to grow older, wiser, and we truly begin to see life for what it really is. Our life is a collection of memories that we have stored up in our minds to think about and share with those we hold near and dear to our hearts, but the most important of all we achieve in this life is by what we do for our Lord. What have we done to make him proud of us, that makes him happy to call us one of his children. I have found out that it doesn't matter how great the things we do are, how much money we will raise for a charity, how big the church we call our own will become, how much we will learn in school or where our careers will takes us. What makes him happier I believe than anything else is how much we truly love him, how much me honestly trust him. Will you give it all up to him? Will you or I give up everything we own without hesitation, knowing that he will take care of us and we will not have to worry about anything. I believe what makes him happiest, is when we stop to say hello to a dirty, homeless stranger on the side of the road that nobody else has taken the time to even notice he existed until just now. What makes our Father God happiest, is when we give without hesitation on the spur of the moment not because you had to think about it first or how much you could give without it hurting your pocket. I know that when we allow his light to shine through us that this is when we have definitely made him the happiest. When we love all out hearts, when we take the time to realize that what we want does not matter as much as what we do with what time we have on this earth. As you go through today, tomorrow and the days to come. As the holiday seasons approach you and your family, let His Light Continue to Shine through everything you do for that light is LOVE of our LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST! Let us pray. Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you on this day to thank you for all you have given to us. For all the love and joy and blessings to have brought into our families lifes and homes. Thank you Lord for letting your loving light shine through each of us in the sometimes little things we do Lord but you make us realize it isn't about size or quantity but about love for one another. Lord please continue to use our bodies as your vessel Lord that we all continue to do as you would have us do daily. Be with the poor, the sick, the dying, the hungry, the homeless, and all of the children of this world Lord, keep them all safe from harm and sin on this day and days to come. In Jesus name we pray, Amen....
